Bio: I have
been involved in the martial arts since the age of 14. Over the years
I've studied such arts as Tai Chi, Karate and Tae Kwon Do. I've been
a Tae Kwon Do instructor since 1996, teaching at the Federal Heights
and Northglenn Chun Kuhn Do Academies, the After School programs at
Cotton Creek Elementary School, Erie Elementary School and the St. Vrain
Valley School District. I've also been involved with the Erie Police
Department's Safe Program in 2005.
In addition to my
rank of 7th Dan, I hold an instructor's certificate from the Practical
Tae Kwon Do Federation.

Dan Black Belt
Bio: Since 1995 I've been studying Tae Kwon Do and now Chun
Kuhn Do under Grandmaster Bok Man
Kim. I hold an instructor's certificate from the Practical Tae Kwon
Do Federation.
In addition to regular martial arts classes, I teach the Mini Moosa classes
and also teach women's self defense classes.
I'm involved with the Integrity Martial Arts Demonstration Team and
I maintain this web site. Last but not least, since 1995 I'm also proud
to be the wife of Chief Instructor of Integrity Martial Arts, Daniel
Gaul.
