Testing Requirements

These requirements are subject to change and depend upon each student’s individual progress and ability. Any questions should be directed to an Integrity Martial Arts Instructor.

Weapons are on a rotating schedule. Students will learn four weapons over the course of a year: Nun-chucks, tang-bong, pole and cane.
