Starting Wednesday, July 22, Integrity Martial Arts will be teaching classes outside two times a week, Mondays and Wednesdays.

- Starting at 6:30 pm
- Located behind the school.
- Students will still need to reserve spots prior to class
- While outside and with six feet or more of social distancing, students can choose not to wear a mask
Because these classes will be outdoors, we recommend:
- Please wear your uniform, but you may wear a plain or Integrity Martial Arts t-shirt instead of the uniform top
- Wear comfortable shoes, but not sandals or flip flops that will fall off your feet when kicking
- Wear sunscreen
- Bring plenty of water
