It’s finally our new location Grand Opening and our annual Open House. Join us for:

We’ll also be raising money for our Relay for Life team, and fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.

There will be a special appearance by the 501st Legion Stormtrooper from the local Mountain Garrison, and you’ll have an opportunity to take pictures.

Subway also has one day only specials for us that day too.

Everyone is invited, including students, friends, family and anyone interested in an awesomely good time.

This is a general color belt testing for white – brown belts. To find out if you meet the testing requirements to promote to your next belt, please speak to an instructor.

Testing schedule:

  • 10:00 am – White & Yellow belts
  • 10:20 am – Orange & Green belts
  • 10:50 am – Blue & Blue First belts
  • 11:20 am – Red, Red First & Brown belts

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for the line-up, and make sure to wear your uniform, bring your weapon (tang bong) and sparring gear.

Belt awards will be held on Wednesday, May 14th at 6:10 pm.

This summer camp the kids will stay active with summer activities, including:

  • Swimming
  • Hiking
  • Golf
  • Fishing
  • Skating

Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 3:30 PM. Ages 7 – 14.

Summer Camp: Movie Camp

June 16-July 11

Thank you for your interest in our martial arts summer movie camp!

Join us for a special summer camp. We’re making a movie and you can be involved in every step, ending with a special screening of your work. Whether you’re a martial arts buff or aspiring actor … this is one summer camp you don’t want to miss.

Activities

  • Martial Arts — This is a martial arts school, so children will participate in drills and choreographed sparring under the direct supervision of an Integrity Martial Arts instructor.
  • Exercise — To prepare for their part in the movie, participants will do regular exercise. For example, running, push-ups, crunches and stretching exercises, including Yoga.
  • Movie Research — Watch some famous action films like Karate Kid and the Chinese Connection
  • Art Projects — Build sets, paint, create costumes and apply costume make-up
  • Filming — Each participant will make an appearance in the film.DVDs will be available at an additional cost.
  • Field Trips — Some parts of the film will be shot on location in and around the Carbon Valley. Each trip will be supervised by an Integrity Martial Arts agent.
  • Children must bring lunch, a water bottle and sunscreen.

Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 3:30 PM. Ages 7 – 14.

Relay for Life Team Kick-off

Help us start off our Relay for Life team right … and join us for our team kick off. Everyone is invited … students, friends and family of all ages.

If you’ve never done it before, the Relay for Life is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. We all raise donations as a team, and individually on our fundraising pages. It’s easy, since the event has great resources, and when you sign up you get your own fundraising page.

Then, we attend the event … we walk all night to celebrate survivors, remember loved ones we’ve lost to cancer, and fight back to help find a cure. We usually do a martial arts demonstration, have on-site fundraisers, play the games and participate in the events, and have a generally good time all night long.

Competition team practices will be starting Saturday, March 1.

Student meeting is Friday, January 24 at 7:00 pm.

Tournament season is coming up, and we want to be ready to have a great year.

The requirements are:

  • All students are welcome to join us, whatever your belt level.
  • Attend competition team practices on Saturdays
  • Attend and compete in local tournaments
  • $25 per month to join the team
