Do you know someone who has been gone for more than a year?

For students who have been away from classes and have not trained for a year or more, we are adding a special class. It’s designed to help students ease back into a training routine, work on their basic techniques, remember patterns … all in a judgement free zone, where they can feel comfortable remembering why they LOVE martial arts.

This class is ONLY for returning students.

Alumni classes are Fridays at 7:00 pm, starting January 11th

$15 per person

Join us for a special weapons seminar that focuses on knife types with hands on examples, legal concerns, and some basic knife techniques. Practice knives will be provided.

Must be 10 or older, and must be blue belts or above. Sign up soon, since we are limited to 10 participants.
